GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
FOR THE HIRINGS

CAMPING LA SOURCE SAINT-PIERRE

- The hirings mean Saturday 02:00 PM at Saturday 11:00 AM.

- Each hiring will be reserved during 48 hours as from the date of the beginning of the stay.
At the end of this period, the reservation will be regarded as cancelled.

- To hold, it will be enough for you to turn over us the bulletin of reservation attached
accompanied by 50 % of down payment on the total amount of your stay like 15 € of expenses of reservation.

- The complement of the sum will be payable the day of your arrival (and this for all the duration of the stay) as well as a cheque of guarantee of 300 €
who will be restored to you in the 8 days following your departure, after inventory and checking of the inventory of fixtures
(in the event of doubtful cleanliness, a sum of 40 € will be retained on the guarantee).

- In any circumstance, it will not be carried out of refunding in the event of departure before the date envisaged.

- Only requests for cancellation of reservation received by mail 45 days before the date of the beginning of the stay
will involve the restitution of 50 % of the amount of the down payments in our possession, except for the 15 € of expenses of reservation.

- The announced prices get along without any supplement gas, electricity and water.

IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT :

- CLOTHS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

- ONLY ONE VEHICULE WILL BE TOLERE ON THE SITE,
THE ADDITIONAL VEHICULES HAVING TO BE STATIONS ON THE PARKING AT THE ENTREE.

VISITORS :

- Any visitor will have OBLIGATORILY to announce himself with the reception and to discharge corresponding royalty before his entry in the camp-site.

- Its vehicle will have to be been parked on the VISITORS Parking located at the entry of the camp-site.
